Here are the reasons and solutions for computerized embroidery machine disconnection.
Normally, Honpo embroidery machine disconnection, one is regular disconnection and the other is irregular disconnection.
Regular disconnections include:
1. The clearance between the needle and the hook is not correct, the needle position is too high or too low, and needs to be readjusted.
2. There are burrs in the needle hole and needle plate hole of the machine, burr in the rotary hook, and burr in the positioning hook.
3. The thread-passing part is not smooth, including the clamping plate, thread clamping screw, thread take-up rod hole, upper and lower thread-passing frame, etc. All non-smooth or burrs should be smoothed or replaced.
4. If the needle is installed backwards, it needs to be re-installed correctly. If the needle tip is damaged or the needle is stained with glue, replace the needle.
5. The thread take-up cam is damaged, replace the thread take-up cam.
6. The hook shaft moves.
7. There are scratches and damages on the thread surface of the rotary hook.
Irregular disconnections include:
1. The ambient humidity is too high, the line is damp, and the new line is replaced.
2. It is unreasonable to play the pattern and move the needle. Stitches distance too short，it should be set the stitches distance at least 0.5mm. Revamped.
3. The quality of the thread is not up to the requirements, and the installation of the thread is not up to the requirements. The embroidery thread is too thick and does not match the specification of the machine needle. Swap and reinstall.
4. There is a gap in the transmission of the upper and lower shafts or the shaft is broken, which causes the machine head and the rotary hook to be out of synchronization. Check the gearbox, adjust the chain slack or the gearbox timing belt.
5. The surface of the embroidery thread is rough. Add silicone oil to the surface of the embroidery thread.
