When Honpo embroidery machine delivered, it would be better to do the following things to have some evidence, it may be a great help for the embroidery machines warranty and services:
1. Check if the package damaged or not. If damaged, take video & pictures and contact Honpo sales team to reflect. If not take video or picture, and could not prove it, and not contact Honpo sales team in time, Honpo will not take responsibility of the embroidery machine.
2. Open the carton package, and take out the parts put together, and take picture of all of them. Ensure that can see each part. Any parts missed, please contact Honpo sales team ASAP.
3. For 1 or 2 heads embroidery machine, install the stand according to our instruction. Please ensure the machine adjust to the horizontal position without a little wobble.
4. Power on and oil the embroidery machine for once according to the oil sticker instruction. Especially the position A & B. The oil using for sewing machine is also available to use on embroidery machine. This step would request to enter the embroidery machine detection interface, set the spindle detection acceleration to about 800, run the spindle dry for 10-15 minutes, and add lubricating oil 1-2 times at the same position during the period
5. Normally maintenance: Oil the Honpo embroidery machine times as the sticker remark, and clear the rubbish around rotating hook
