Firstly, when an issue happened, we would need to know why it cause it. When you using an embroidery machine, and you found that the icon was missing, what reason cause it?
For honpo embroidery machine, it adopts Topwisdom system, normally it has the icon missed, it is caused by press the icon many times.
In this condition, to solve it, will need to upgrade the gallery.
But how to upgrade the gallery? You will need to contact honpo sales team to get the file of upgrading gallery, unzip the file and copy them to the U disk.
And some warning tips when you upgrading it:
1. In the root directory of U disk(you can not use multiple folders)
2. When downloading, select the latest version
3. can not cut off the power while it is upgrading
Then follow below steps to upgrade it:
Step 1: Insert the U disk(with files in) to the embroidery machine computer
Step 2: Find the 
icon button on the main interface screen, press it and enter the main manu interface screen
Step 3: Press 
button to enter the system info main interface screen
Step 4: Press 
button to upgrade the gallery
Step 5: Press the 
button to upgrade the master control software
