Step 1: Prepare accessories
To embroidery garment with Honpo flat embroidery machine, it would need to prepare the garment, armrests, wrench and hoops accessories.
Step 2: Fix the garment with the embroidery hoop
Put the embroidery hoop and paper in the garment at the place area that you need to embroidery, and then press the embroidery hoop to fix it
Step 3: Measuring and fixing
Measuring the distance of the hoop and then fix the Armrests with the wrench and screws.
Step 4: Install
Install the garment hoop to the embroidery machine and fix it.
Step 5: System operation
A. Press Esc button to the main interface, and select the pattern.
But if there is no pattern that you need, then input the USB flash drive to the computer, then select the pattern in the USB flash drive and press OK button to copy the pattern to the computer. Then select the pattern, choose the right pattern that you need to embroidery
B. Press the thread button to select the embroidery color( Button M means manual change color, Button A means automatic change color)
C. Set the pattern embroidery direction
D. Set the speed of embroidery
E. Set the pattern embroidery position
F. Select “single hook” to adjust accurately
G.Enter the mode of working
H. Confirm the embroidery area
I. Start the embroidery work
J. Stop after the embroidery completed
