Tips
1. The color plate is arranged in the order corresponding to the software, e.g.: 1. green, 2. blue, 3, red. etc. so that it is easy to check the plate.
2. The location of the starting point: the circle is at the top, the square is at the top right corner, and the irregular shape is at the highest.3. For products with wrapped edges, the outer circle should be overlapped by the single stitch, then the needle won't drop.
4. The large area of tatami should be dug out, and need to note the starting point and the ending point, minimize the default by the single stitch underneath
5. The connect thread to go to the nearest point, and try to connect the threads if thread edge
6. Pay attention to the direction of embroidery, use different embroidery direction to reflect the 3D sense of the armband
7. Simplify the color plate as much as possible.
8. Do not pad the needle if unnecessary
9. For the satin and tatami objects, the front and back will stick out one stitch, while the sides will shrink one stitch inward, so when making the plate, the front and back should be backed out one stitch while the sides should be added to compensate for the shrinkage.
10. For the starting point and the ending point of satin and tatami should take the longest stitch (short stitches for starting point )
11. Draw auxiliary lines when typing lines can be drawn as much as possible
12. Words typing should use the Satin needle if possible
13. The same direction thread will eat each other, should block the needle, block needle should keep the distance of 0.3-0.4mm with the object which need block;
The different direction thread will be pulled away from the pad needles, pad needle should use the single stitch, and the density should be 1.0-1.2mm
14. Try to avoid orthogonal anisotropy，as well as completely same direction different color overlap
15. The overlap between objects should be 1.0mm
