This is Honpo single head 1200*500mm large area HP1501BD embroidery machine, 12/15 colors, we use computerized Topwisdom 10" LCD Touch Screen. Suitable for cap/T-shirt/flat embroidery,we also have optional device for sequin/cording/shoes/beads laser embroidery.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: 5-10 days: when the goods are in stock;
Or 15-20 days: when no stock or we need to customize according to your needs.
Q3: What about the delivery?
A3: We have cooperated very well with freight forwarder, so we can deliver the goods door to door directly if you don't have
import experience . If you have agent in China, we can also deliver it to your agent.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A4: 30% advance as deposit, balance before shipment or against BL copy. We support T/T, PP, Bank Transfer payment.
Q5: How to install and use the embroidery machine?
A5: We have English teaching manual and detailed videos for you, if you have any questions during use, please feel free to ask, I'm willing to answer your questions.
Q6: What about the after-sale service?
A6: We offer 1 year warranty and 3 years warranty for core components (Electric control, motor, bearing, gear, engine). After warranty, we still provide life long technical support.
