Q1: Are you a factory?
A1: Yes. We are Honpo embroidery machine factory in Shenzhen, China. Our factory is an industry and trade integration factory, so we can provide you high quality and cheap price embroidery machine, we can also customize according to your needs.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: 5-10 days: when the goods are in stock;Or 15-20 days: when no stock or we need to customize according to your needs.
Q3: What about the delivery?
A3: We have cooperated very well with freight forwarder, so we can deliver the goods door to door directly if you don't have import experience . If you have agent in China, we can also deliver it to your agent.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A4: 30% advance as deposit, balance before shipment or against BL copy.
We support T/T, PP, Bank Transfer payment.
Q5: How to install and use the embroidery machine?
A5: We have English teaching manual and detailed videos for you, if you have any questions during use, please feel free to ask, I'm willing to answer your questions.
Q6: What about the after-sale service?
A6: We offer 1 year warranty and 3 years warranty for core components (Electric control, motor, bearing, gear, engine). After warranty, we still provide life long technical support.
