Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: 5-10 days: when the goods are in stock;
Or 15-20 days: when no stock or we need to customize according to your needs.
Q3: What about the delivery?

import experience . If you have agent in China, we can also deliver it to your agent.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A4: 30% advance as deposit, balance before shipment or against BL copy. We support T/T, PP, Bank Transfer payment.

A5: We have English teaching manual and detailed videos for you, if you have any questions during use, please feel free to ask, I'm willing to answer your questions.
Q6: What about the after-sale service?
A6: About warranty and technical support:
1. Free maintenance for 1 year. If you need to replace the core parts, you need send back the original parts from the buyer, and we will arrange new parts.
